Upper Moreland Consider Plan: No license, no car

Upper Moreland Township Commissioners heard a proposal from police Chief Thomas Nestel on Monday for a new policy that would let the township tow vehicles from drivers found to have their licenses or registration suspended, revoked or missing entirely.
